The main floor has a unique Catalan style tiled bathroom, designed and built by Miki Mappin. Completely redone in 2009 including new subfloor, insulated exterior wall, soundproofing behind shower and character ceiling and built-in storage. The vessel sink is one-of-a-kind, by local artist Charley Farrero. The tiled corner shower has sliding glass doors, and there is a water saver toilet.
